Awesome home inspection! Bill was very thorough, explained everything very clearly and his report was very well documented. For every issue, even small, he gives detailed tips and steps to fix. He also has a great vibe and really seems to care about doing a good job for you.

Bill is precise and professional. He came out and throughly inspected my home. He gave me a detailed explanation of the report and sent it back in a timely manner. I had a few concerns about the report and Bill was very patient and helpful in resolving all of the issues. I highly recommend this company, you won't be disappointed! 👍🏽

Bill is very professional, thoroughly explains the report, and inspections every detail of the property, no matter how difficult it is to access.

We hired Bill to inspect our newly built home here in V. Walk, PSL. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and fair. He took time to explain and answered all my questions so I understood not just the process but also what should be my next steps. Reports were provided quickly and contain photos and in-depth details on problems. He found few things that we would not have found. We strongly recommend pre and post closing inspection and of course Bill.
